Over-expression of HOTTIP inhibited cell proliferation and promoted apoptosis in the U87-MG and U118-MG glioma cell lines. a Stable over-expression of HOTTIP in U87-MG and U118-MG, and the flow cytometry assay was performed to determine cell apoptosis.
