Ectopic expression of srGAP1 enhanced the inhibitory effect of Slit2 on the migration of LoVo cells, whereas blocking the srGAP1 activity by srGAP1ΔGAP rescued the migration ability of Slit-treated LoVo cells. c-d Cdc42 is a major functional target of the Slit2-Robo1 signaling in inhibiting CRC cell migration.
