Screening of NSCLC-related lncRNAs in serum EVs. A Western blotting tested the specific markers of EVs (CD63, TSG101, and CD9) and EV-negative markers (Calnexin and GAPDH). Scanning electron microscopy was used to image the morphologies of serum EVs from healthy participants (B) and patients with NSCLC (C).
