KPNB1 was abnormally expressed in glioma tissues and predicted poor prognosis. A. TCGA database analysis showed that the expression of KPNB1 was higher in glioma tissues than in normal tissues. B. CGGA database analysis showed that the expression of KPNB1 increased with increasing WHO glioma grade. C. The baseline characteristics, WHO grade, initial treatment, and prognosis of glioma patients were analyzed using a chi-square test for categorical variables and a Student’s t-test for continuous variables.
