DSC1 regulates cell adhesion, migration and invasion. A The indicated cell lines were transfected with control or DSC1-targeting siRNAs, and the extracts analyzed by Western blot to detect DSC1, CDH17 and, as a loading control, RhoGDI. DSC1 or CDH17 expression levels were significantly inhibited by the siRNA transfection (, p < 0.01; , p < 0.001). B The same transfectants were subjected to cell adhesion, wound healing and invasion.
