MTA1 depletion inhibits NPC tumorigenesis in vivo . (A) MTA1 knockdown NPC cells were injected subcutaneously into the right flank of nude mice. Control cells were injected subcutaneously into the left flank of the same nude mice (n = 5). At 3 weeks after implantation, MTA1 knockdown cells produced smaller tumors than control cells.
