- The cell-cycle distribution was assessed by flow cytometric analysis 24 h after
- transfection of PDCD4 to MHCC-97H cells. The data shown are means ± SEM of percentage of G1, G2 or S phase in three experiments. The proliferative indexes (PI) were calculated as follows: PI = (S+G2)/(S+G2+G1). The difference of PI between the MHCC-97H-PDCD4 group and MHCC-97H-vector or the MHCC-97H group is significant (n = 3, P < 0.05). No significant difference between the MHCC-97H-vector and the MHCC-97H group is found.
