Western Analysis of Peroxiredoxin I and Thioredoxin1 Protein Expressions in Malignant and Normal Tissues. Four samples each of normal and cancer tissue providing total membrane and soluble protein lysates (15 μg) were loaded into reducing SDS-PAGE (right side of Figure 8B) and analyzed for protein expression. The sets of three blots with one antibody (breast [BE], lung [LU], and ovary [OV]) were exposed on the same film at the same time. The sample information is described in Table 1. For example, N1 and C1 under the heading of "Breast (BE)" are represented as BEN1 and BEC1 in Table 1, respectively.
