Effect of CXCR7 silencing on HCC cells adhesion in vitro. SMMC-7721 cells were treated as described in Materials and Methods. SMMC-7721 cells displayed an enhanced cell adhesion to LN or FN in the presence of CXCL12. Cells transfected with CXCR7shRNA showed significantly reduced ability of adhesion to LN or FN compared with control and NC cells.
