From: Enforced effect of tk-MCP-1 fusion gene in ovarian cancer
Flow cytometry examination revealed that the number of macrophages (A) infiltrated the tumor tissues in the control group, tk or MCP-1 group and tk-MCP-1 group increased in order ( P <0.05), so did TNF-α protein level from the activated microphages.
