Box-plot lines represented medians and interquartile ranges of the normalized threshold values, and whiskers indicated 10–90th percentiles. The expression level of miR-320c was significantly lower in MIBC compared with NMIBC. (C) The miR-320c levels in 4 bladder cancer cell lines were lower compared with SV-HUC-1 cell line.
