SKF96365 inhibited migration and invasion of U251 and SNB19 glioma cells. (A) The effect of SKF96365 at the tested concentration (20 μM) on U251 and SNB19 cell viability as measured by MTT assay. Absorbance was read at 490 nm with averages from triplicate wells. (B and C) Wound healing assays and migration assays employing Matrigel-coated Boyden chambers were performed to investigate the effect of SKF96365 on the migration and invasion of U251 and SNB19 cells.
