Cell survival assay of BP-CML cells with an ARE/SUZ12-regulated TK/GCV system. BP-CML cell lines and control cells were transduced with Ad-S-TK, Ad-AS-TK, or empty adenovirus, and cultured in different concentrations of GCV.
