Suppression of tumor growth following mBAP31 DNA vaccine vaccinations in B16 melanoma-bearing C57BL/6 mice. C57BL/6 mice were transplanted subcutaneously with 5 × 10⁴ B16 cells per mouse at day 0, and were immunized with p-mBAP31, p-LAMP/mBAP31 or PBS on days 3, 10, 17 and 24. Tumor size was serially measured and mice were sacrificed on day 42.
