Invasive ability of Caki-1 and 786-O cells transfected with miR-96 inhibitor or miR-96 mimic. Caki-1 cells (a) and 786-O cells (b) were transfected with miR-96 inhibitor, miR-96 mimic or miR-control for 24 h and invasion was examined by Transwell assay. Invasive ability calculated as the mean number of invading cells per field was increased in Caki-1 (c) and 786-O (d) cells following transfection with miR-96 inhibitor and decreased following transfection with miR-96 mimic, compared to cells transfected with miR-control (*p < 0.05)
