Expression of HOXA1 and cyclin D1 in human gastric cancer (GC) tissues. a Relative HOXA1 and cyclin D1 mRNA expression in 48 tumor tissues and paired adjacent normal mucosae as determined by qRT-PCR. An increase (at least 2-fold) in HOXA1 and cyclin D1 mRNA levels compared to noncancerous tissue was observed in 32 (66.7 %) and 29 (60.4 %) of the GC tissue samples.
