SOCS3 inhibits migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro. a The wound healing migration assays were carried out in Panc1 cells after transfection with siSOCS3 as well as Bxpc3 cells after transfection with overexpression vector of SOCS3. Microscopic observations were recorded at 0, 8 and 24 h after scratching the cell surface (100×). Representative images from every independent experiment were shown. b Transwell invasion assay with matragel were performed in Panc1/siSOCS3 and Bxpc3/ SOCS3 OE cells (100×). c Quantitative analysis of the wound closure rates and invasion cells. The percentage of the wound healing was calculated as (the width of wound at 0 h - the width of wound at 24 h)/ the width of wound at 0 h.
