UHRF1 enhanced cell migration. Cells (2 × 10⁴) were transfected with siUHRF1-535, siUHRF1-1453, or scrambled siRNA control and seeded into the upper chamber of a Transwell plate in 0.1 mL media (supplemented with 1 % FBS). At 120 h, cells that had migrated through to the bottom of the Transwell were stained and counted under a reverse microscope. Knockdown of UHRF1 inhibited cell migration in PC-3 cells (a and b).
