Overexpression of B55δ sensitizes HepG2 cells to cDDP. HepG2-pBabe and HepG2-2R2Dc cells were treated with or without 2.5 μg/ml cDDP for 12 h. a Cell cycle distribution, (b) migratory ability, (c) self-renewal capacity, (d) cell apoptosis, and (f) PP2A activity were detected. e Cell growth inhibition rate of the two cells treated with 0-16 μg/ml cDDP for 24 h was analyzed. g-h Expression of B55δ, p-CDK1, CDK1, Cyclin B1, Cyclin E1, Bcl-2, Bax, and cleaved Caspase-3 was measured.
