Reversibility of the inhibitory effect of RES on IL-17 production by MT-2 cells. MT-2 cells were treated with 20 μg/ml of RES for 48 h. IL-17 production has been assessed by ELISA in the supernatants at 3 h, 6 h, 24 h and 48 h of culture after RES removal. CTR = cells treated with DMSO alone. Each experiment was performed in quadruplicate. The results are expressed as mean pg/ml. Error bars are omitted (the standard error SEM were less than 10 %). * P < 0.01
