Antigen-specific cell proliferation correlates with CD11c expression in CD8+ T cells. a CD11c+ DCs were isolated from spleens of wild-type mice and incubated with OVA in the presence or absence of Poly(I:C) for 4 h, and then co-cultured with CFSE-labeled OT-1 T cells. After 60 h, antigen-specific proliferation was evaluated by diminution of CFSE with reference to cells gated. b The cycles of cell division and levels of CD11c+ OT-1 T cells are shown (the left and the middle panel).
