NF2 was involved in the apoptosis and invasion of U251 cells. The viability of U251 cells was determined at 24, 48 and 72 h after NF2 overexpression (a). Protein expression of DNMT1 and NF2 after transfection with pcDNA-NF2 was detected by Western blot in U251 cells (b).
