Down-regulation of miR-19b-3p suppresses colon cancer growth in vivo. a Cells transfected with the miR-19b-3p inhibitor and negative control of SW480 cells were subcutaneously implanted into the flank of nude mice (n = 6). At day 21, the mice were euthanized. b and c The average tumor size (b) and weight (c) of miR-19b-3p inhibitor tumors was reduced significantly as compared to negative control tumors. The tumor sizes were measured at 5-day intervals as soon as the tumors were measurable.
