Knockdown of circGFRA1 inhibits proliferation and promotes apoptosis in TNBC. a. Cells were transfected with si-NC or si-circGFRA1, qRT-PCR analysis demonstrated that the transfection was successful. b. CCK8 assay was performed to assess cell proliferation. c. EdU assay was performed to assess cell proliferation. d. Colony formation assay was performed to assess cell colony forming ability. e. Apoptosis assay was performed after transfection. f.
