Proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induced by A35 are dependent on YAP phosphorylation (Ser127). HCT116 and HCT116-KO cells were treated with A35 for 24 h, and whole proteins were detected by immunoblot with indicated antibodies (a). Nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins were extracted and detected by immunoblot (b).
