PPM1A up-regulation inhibits TRIM52-mediated enhancement of MHCC-97L cell proliferation, invasion and migration. After transfection of MHCC-97L cells with pLVX-Puro-PPM1A or pLVX-Puro (Vector), PPM1A expression was measured by qRT-PCR (a) and Western blot analysis (b, c).
