Effect of CA on mitochondria dependent apoptosis in human prostate cancer cells. a Mitochondrial membrane potentials (ΔΨm) were assessed with JC-1 staining by flow cytometry. b The expression of cell key apoptosis-related proteins was detected by Western-blotting and they were statistically analyzed (c).
