ISL interferes with Src signaling in lung cancer cells. a Cells were treated with vehicle, 3 or 10 μM ISL for 24 h and then lysed for western blotting to detect Tyr421-phosphorylated cortactin, Tyr861-, Tyr925-phosphorylated FAK, cortactin, FAK and β-actin with the respective antibodies. b H1299 cells were treated with vehicle or 10 μM PP1 for 24 h in serum-free condition, then stimulated with 10% FCS for 1 h followed by immunostaining with phalloidin (red) and paxillin mAb (green).
