LNT treatments significantly reduce tumor vascular function in CT26 colorectal carcinoma. CT26 colorectal carcinoma cells (4 × 105) were s.c. injected on the right flank of BALB/c mice. When tumors reached 4 × 4 mm in diameter, mice were randomly divided into 2 groups and received i.p. injection of saline or 1.0 mg/kg of LNT for 10 days.
