miR-205 enhances PCa xenograft response to radiation therapy. DU145 cells stably transfected with miR-205 or Neg vector (1 × 107) were implanted subcutaneously into the right flank of SCID mice. When tumors reached ~ 100 mm3, mice were randomly assigned to four groups (8 mice/group) and treated with 5 Gy single dose irradiation locally delivered to the tumor.
