In vivo effects of human CD166.BBζ CAR-T cells on the inhibition of osteosarcoma cell xenografts. a. NOD/SCID mice were injected with Saos-2-fLuc cells for xenograft growth in mice and then injected with CD166.BBζ CAR-T, PBS (with the same volume) or non-transduced T cells i.v. on day 7, 14 and 21. IVIS imaging system was used to measure tumor growth. b. Bioluminescence intensities of osteosarcoma after adoptive T cell therapy were recorded. c.
