PD-L1 expression was evaluated in gastric cancer cells. a Levels of PD-L1 protein were assessed in normal human gastric epithelial cells and 8 gastric cancer cell lines by Western blots. b-c Validation of the anti-PD-L1 antibody by detecting the reduction of this ligand after siRNA knockdown (b) and induction of this ligand in the presence of INF-γ (c). Histograms showed PD-L1 levels on the surface of AGS and NCI-n87 cells in the mentioned conditions by flow cytometry. The ratio of PD-L1 MFI minus isotype control was shown as mean ± S.D. relative to Ctrl from 3 independent experiments, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01
