Apatinib enhances radiosensitivity of HCC cell lines in vitro. a After 48 h’s incubation with apatinib at various concentrations, cell viability of HCC cell lines SMMC-7721, MHCC-97H, HCCLM3 and Hep-3B was detected by CCK-8 kit, respectively. b-e After treatment with apatinib for 24 h, followed by 4 Gy radiation exposure, viable cells were counted using the trypan blue dye exclusion method. f-i After apatinib treatment, sensitization of irradiation (IR)-treated SMMC-7721, MHCC-97H, HCCLM3 and Hep-3B cells was evaluated through colony formation assay, respectively.
