b-AP15-induced apoptosis was associated with activation of caspase and inhibition of anti-apoptotic protein expression in both GCB- and ABC-DLBCL cells. a b-AP15 induces cleavage of PARP and caspases-3, − 8, − 9 in SU-DHL-4, SU-DHL-2, OCI-LY-1, OCI-LY-19 cells.
