LINC00514 was up-regulated in PC and predicted a poor prognosis. (a) LINC00514 expression was detected in PC tissue and adjacent normal tissue by qRT-PCR. (b-d) Associations between LINC00514 expression and tumor size, Lymph node metastasis or clinical stage were detected by qRT-PCR. (e) qRT-PCR was applied to confirm the expression level of LINC00514 in PC cell lines and normal pancreatic epithelial cell line. (f) Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to assess the relation between LINC00514 expression level and overall survival in PC patients. *p<.05, **p<.01, **p<.001. All experiments were repeated at least for three times and mean ± SD was used to represent the final result.
