Antitumor efficacy of NAM 1800 mg/Kg administered every day, i.p. C57BL/6 mice were injected s.c. with 3 × 105 B16-F10 cells. Mice were divided in two groups and treated i.p. with NAM 1800 mg/Kg (n = 10) or with saline (ctr) (n = 9), as indicated, starting from the same day of tumor implant for 7 days per week. Tumor growth was monitored twice a week with a digital caliper.
