METTL3, IGF2BP2/3 and miR-29b-3p also regulated LUAD radioresistance. Before exposing to irradiation, A549 and H1299 cells were transfected with miR-29b-3p mimics, METTL3 expression vector, METTL3 expression vector + IGF2BP2 shRNA, METTL3 expression vector + IGF2BP3 shRNA, or METTL3 expression vector + miR-29b-3p mimics. After irradiation, cell viability (a), the percentage of apoptotic cells (b) and invasion capacity (c) were evaluated.
