D-F miR-30e-5p overexpression suppressed HCC xenograft tumor growth (*p<0.05, **p<0.01), YY1 overexpression or GRSF1 overexpression attenuated the inhibitory effect induced by pre-miR-30e-5p (#p<0.05, ##p<0.01), and cotransfection with pre-miR-30e-5p and sh-GRSF1 resulted in even smaller tumor sizes than transfection with pre-miR-30e-5p alone (â–³p<0.05, △△p<0.01).
