DUB1 facilitates Hippo/TAZ axis activity in gastric cancer cells A: DUB1 depletion reduced the TAZ protein level in MGC803 cells. MGC803 cells were transfected with siControl or siDUB1. After 48 h, the cells were harvested for western blot analysis. DUB1 and TAZ protein levels were determined by Western blotting. Actin was used as the internal control.
