Progranulin modulates focal adhesion turnover and the formation of F-actin-containing cell protrusions. A-B Serum-starved parental and GRN KO MSTO-211H cells were treated with 10 µM nocodazole (NCZ) for 4 h. Nocodazole was then washed out to allow microtubules regrowth and focal adhesion assembly.
