Proposed model of SNHG4 driving prostate cancer progression and enzalutamide resistance. SNHG4 regulates the cell cycle, cell senescence, DNA damage repair, cell proliferation and enzalutamide resistance by modulating RRM2, EZH2, AURKA and TK1 through a let-7 miRNA-mediated ceRNA regulatory network. In addition, RREB1 activates the transcription of SNHG4 and is regulated by the SNHG4/let-7/RREB1 feedback loop
