Artemisinin could significantly inhibit the activity of CHSY1, and the combination of anti-PD1 can synergistically treat CRC liver metastasis. PLGA-loaded Artemisinin-linked ICG probe further improves the therapeutic effect of Artemisinin and realizes the visualization of drug metabolism in vivo
