The combination of shRNA (NMRK2) and metformin showed superior efficacy anti-tumor for NONO-TFE3 rRCC. A-D UOK109, 786-O, 769-P and ACHN were treated with 0 mM, 2 mM, 5 mM, 7 mM, 10 mM metformin for 24 h, respectively. The cell activity of each cell line was detected with CCK-8 kit.
