Mitochondrial gene elevation in circulating tumor cells and bone metastases of poor survival in PCa patients. (A) Significantly up-regulated DE genes in circulating tumor cells from PCa patients were enriched to the mitochondrial structural components. Data were processed from the previously published study [59], and the plot was generated using ShinyGO v0.61.
