Nestin levels in representative melanoma patients. Melanoma biopsies collected before starting MAPKi therapy were subjected to immunohistochemistry (IHC) analyses to measure nestin levels. Results were quantified counting positive cells in at least ten fields and expressed as percentage of positivity.
